Welcome to the newest edition of Brucethesportsdoc, on the eve of what may be the most
important sporting event in the history of Philadelphia: the 2013 US Open at historic Merion
golf club in Ardmore, PA. Bruce and Spencer will be covering all 4 days of the championship in
our backyard, and the Doc will recount his personal experiences with the course that Hogan,
Jones, and Trevino conquered. We will deal with a growing medical problem in the summer,
melanoma of the skin, and how this disease can be prevented, along with a segment on
concussion diagnosis and treatment. Game on!
